Thomas Mills

Tom Mills has been in the mortgage business since 2005. He started out as a loan officer, landed his first leadership role when he was 26 years old, then joined AnnieMac Home Mortgage in May of 2012 as a Branch Manager and promoted to Regional Vice President with AnnieMac in 2015. In this role, he focuses on growing the AnnieMac family and partnering with other loan officers to help them grow their businesses. He is a true believer in the power of partnerships and knows that when everyone works together, they can achieve great things.

During his career at AnnieMac Tom’s Region has produced over 7 billion dollars in mortgage funding, he has a cutting edge approach to business with a proven success record. In addition to his role as a Regional Vice President, Tom manages a branch in the capacity of a Branch Manager and this is the primary reason he really understands the challenges and needs of a sales force today. Tom strengths also include: building and scaling sales teams, designing systems and processes that maximize other people’s natural abilities and skill sets, and working as a coach and mentor with some of AnnieMac’s top Branch Managers.

Tom has always been an innovative leader who loves what he does in the mortgage industry, and he looks forward to continuing that passion for many years to come. When Tom is not working, you will find him enjoying the Annapolis, Maryland community with his three children, actively involved in every aspect of their lives. He’s also a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and enjoys all sports.
